Produced using the classic, traditional method from carefully selected grapes of the indigenous Plavac mali variety grown in our vineyards in Komarna. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, resulting in an abundance of fine bubbles; this process allows the sparkling wine to age gracefully while retaining its maturity and complexity. Notes of peach and strawberry are complemented by hints of Mediterranean flowers. The palate mirrors the nose, striking a perfect balance between fullness and freshness.

Given its sugar profile, it pairs beautifully with desserts as well as less expected combinations, such as creamy risottos and pasta dishes. It also goes excellently with fish and seafood, as well as cold summer salads.
